Almaty car service recycling water supply is an important component of environmental safety and of reducing potable water consumption by industry. The article proposes the installation of recycling water supply, the principle of which is based on the purification of oily water effluents in the adsorption changeable cassettes. The pilot installation and algorithm of calculation engineering method allow determining the height and thickness of the adsorbent bed in a removable cassette. Computer experiments and the three-dimensional model confirm calculations and visualize the process of hydrocarbons overflow through the adsorbent bed. This provides automation of water purification process using modern microcontrollers and SCADA-systems. Streszczenie. Istalacja recyklingu wody w stacji obsługi samochodów miasta Almaty stanowi ważny elementem bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego oraz zmniejszenia zużycia wody pitnej przez przemysł. Artykuł omawia instalację recyrkulacji wody, wykorzystującą wymienne kasety adsorpcyjne. Zastosowany w instalacji pilotażowej algorytm pozwolił na określenie parametrów złoża adsorbentu w wymiennych kasetach. Z kolei parametry przepełniania złoża adsorbentu określają przeprowadzone badania symulacyjne z trójwymiarowym modelem. Przedstawione rozwiązanie zapewnia automatyzację procesu oczyszczania wody z wykorzystaniem mikrokontrolerów i systemów SCADA. Depuration of outer as well as inner surfaces of complex shape items from forge scales, corrosion, scum as well as processing these surfaces prior to coating by physical and chemical method or paint has been a pressing issue for the enterprises. The present day production faces such difficulties when preparing gas and oil pipes for installation, manufacturing hydraulic power cylinders and turntable-type bearing using low quality pipes, further mechanical processing of which requires expensive tools or ecologically hazardous methods of chemical refinement [2, 3]. Vibroabrasive machining is the most efficient method for depuration of long-length (> 2 meter length) large diameter tubes (> 120 mm). The known plane vibration item load, which is used by the most types of vibratory equipment is not efficient enough when processing large machine parts with complex surfaces. The most technologically advanced equipment for vibroabrasive machining of large machine parts is hydro-pulse drive machine (HPD), which ensures a complex space mode of vibration load. Vibration machines with hydro-pulse drive have a simple system for adjusting frequency and amplitude of oscillation of movable objects as well as energy of one working stroke in each direction of vibration load. Vibration machines hydro-pulse drive of complex space load may be built according to the control circuit for the actuating hydrocylnders by one or more pressure pulse generator (PPG). PPG may be connected to the actuating hydrocylnders “to the input", “to the output", or “combined" [5]. In this paper colorimeter based on color sensor is considered. The developed colorimeter experimental utilization is shown on example of detection Cu2+, Co2+ ions and Neutral Red indicator. Realized measurement optical system in the colorimeter supports operation with different types of sorbents, as possibility is shown an operation with silica, polyurethane foam and the indicator paper. Dynamic range of device at 12 bit per channel and well stability of characteristic are enough to work with fine reliability that is no more 0.7% for analyzed test systems. Streszczenie. W artykule przedstawiono kolorymetr zbudowany z wykorzystaniem czujnika barwy. Przedstawiono wykorzystanie przedstawionego kolorymetry na przykładzie detekcji jonów Cu2+, Co2+ i neutralnego wskaźnika barwy czerwonej. Vibration machines are used in processes for crushing, sorting, mixing, and compaction of construction materials, as well as in other processes that are characteristic for the building-and-construction industry. Vibration machines are designed, for the most part, for operation in the mode of over-resonance vibrations of the vibration machine actuator. In the design of such vibration machines, predominantly inertial forces are considered. Notwithstanding the fact that vibration machines are rated for steady-state operation, that is, for operation in conditions without transient processes, the energy efficiency of such vibration machines is low. Consequently, such vibration machines are characterized by that their reliability is reduced, materials consumption is high, and running time required for sufficient processing of materials is increased.
